Metal Coating Research Institute Co., Ltd. Non-Pinhole Plating

Control the shape and film thickness! You can achieve more precise partial plating!

General electroless nickel plating tends to have tiny pinholes. The coating of "non-pin-hole plating" is a plating film developed to eliminate tiny pinholes to the extreme, suitable for precision lens molds, light guide plate molds, LED reflective mirrors, and high-performance film transfer rolls. This product can achieve uniform film thickness even with a thickness of over 100μ. The plating sagging at sharp edges and corners, which was considered a common issue with electroless nickel plating, can be minimized to a minimal thickness difference. 【Features】 - The plating film is amorphous, non-magnetic, and does not change over time. - It retains its properties even after heat treatment (below 250°C). - It has a proven record of up to 400μm, with the ability to maintain film thickness uniformity within 10%. - It excels in smoothness, chemical resistance, and machinability. - It is suitable for plating parts that require non-magnetism and ultra-precision molds. *This is an introduction to the business of our group company, Metal Coating Research Institute Co., Ltd. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
